Divide

The partners in SPT are Mait Ó Brádaigh and Colm Ó Cinnseala. Both are graduates of NUIG, Galway's MA in Language Planning course in Acadamh na hOllscolaíochta Gaeilge, situated in An Cheathrú Rua in the Connemara Gaeltacht. This course is itself taught through the medium of Irish.

Mait Ó Brádaigh is a qualified primary and secondary teacher, with experience at the highest level in Ireland's all-Irish immersion schools. He has also 30 years of management responsibilities in Ireland's unique summer residential Irish language immersion programmes for young people. As well, Mait has worked since the 1980's on after-school follow-up language revitalization Clubs for young people, especially in Ireland's non-Gaeltacht areas.

Colm Ó Cinnseala is a qualified System's Analyst and Project Planner. He has long experience of working in the area of Government Administration. He also has a long record of community-based involvement in the Conamara Gaeltacht in the area of minority-language maintenance and revitilization.

Between them they also have professional practical experience in the areas of public administration, research, educational administration and project planning.
